How Our Journey Began

More than ten years ago, we bought our first condo in beautiful St. George as a sunny escape from long Alaskan winters and a place to spend time with family. We quickly fell in love with the trails, the warmth, and the sense of community here — and the idea of sharing that feeling with others came naturally.

What started as a little personal getaway has grown into an incredible hosting journey we never expected. Three years later, we purchased our second condo in the same resort, and welcoming guests has been one of the greatest joys of our lives.

We put a lot of thought into what makes a rental feel truly comfortable — not just stocked and functional, but cared for. We love creating spaces that feel welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.

Long before short-term rentals were a thing, we used to joke about owning a little bed-and-breakfast someday. Hosting allows us to fulfill that dream in a modern way — with the same level of personal hospitality and warmth.

Where We Come From

We’re originally from Montana, and Alaska has been home for over 25 years. I first arrived “just for the summer”… and never left! Jason grew up in Kenai with the Kenai River in his backyard — he has been hands-on with renovating, maintaining, and caring for each space so our guests always feel comfortable.

Today, we split our time between Alaska and St. George — spending about half the year in each place. That means we’re never far away and always ready to help with anything you need, whether it’s a restaurant suggestion, a trail tip, or a quick reply during your stay.
